The forms practiced in Ki Gong include breathing, meditation, and coordinated body posture and movement. Ki Gong is a process of moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. The practice is said to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul of the practitioner as well as relieve stress and some physical ailments. It also helps to improve your outlook on life.
